Our litigation practice covers corporate, criminal and civil litigation, alternative dispute resolution, estates and trusts, labor and employment, and administrative regulation. Our corporate practice covers: corporations, partnerships, and other business entities; and intellectual property.

We respect your privacy and recognize the need for appropriate measures to protect and manage your personal data. This Privacy Statement aims to assure our clients and other individuals that we are fully committed to protecting your personal data privacy by observing the appropriate level of personal data protection in compliance with the standards prescribed by Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the “Data Privacy Act of 2012” (DPA).

Collection Method

Physical records shall be disposed of through shredding, while digital files shall be anonymized. In all instances, our manner of disposal shall ensure that the personal information shall no longer be retrieved, processed, or accessed by unauthorized persons.
